The employed raw materials are purchased from suppliers such as JSC Plastik, Bayer, Basf, Kumho, LG etc. and meet all applicable world standards. Our products are well known not only for superior quality, but also for environmental friendliness due to applied nonwaste technologies. Materials are 100% suitable for recycling.
A wide range of source materials for manufacture of sheet plastics available in the world polymer market allows the production of sheets with a specified set of properties, in diverse hues and shades.
The production capacity is 700,000kg of sheets per month.
The high level of integrated automation, state-of-the-art technologies, skilled personnel and the amount of available equipment allow the company to quickly switch to the manufacture of modified products, thereby meeting consumers’ demand for a timely delivered product of high quality.


Sheets from polyolefins PP (homopolymers), PP, HDPE, LDPE) Polyolefin sheets are used in the manufacture of products for the national economy by thermomolding, and as lining, anticorrosive and fabricating materials etc.
Mechanical properties:High impact strength and good cracking resistance.
Chemical durability: : Resistance to acids, alkalis, salt solutions, mineral and vegetable oil at high temperatures;
Operating temperature:
LDPEfrom -40ºС to +70º С;
HDPEfrom -60ºС to +110ºС;
PP (homopolymer) from -15ºС to +120ºС.
BCP (block copolymer) from -40ºС to +110ºС.

Sheets are currently manufactured from

  • • polypropylene (block copolymer)
  • • high density polyethylene

Sheet dimensions:

  • • length up to 2,000mm
  • • thickness from 1.5 to 20mm
  • • any length

Sheet color and protective film coating are at the customer’s request.
Using polystyrene homopolymer and polystyrene block copolymer sheets: large-size containers, bathtubs, swimming pools etc.
Using high density polyethylene sheetsfor containers, waterproofing, spouting chutes, vacuum molding etc.
Special additives are used to improve physicomechanical properties and climatic resistance. We offer rods from the above materials of any diameter and color for sheet welding.

ABS sheet manufacture represents a substantial share in sheet plastic production. ABS is the product of heteropolymerization ofvinyl cyanamide, butadiene and styrene, i.e. of high-impact polystyrene modification. ABS plastic sheets are manufactured using extrusion and coextrusion methods. Sheets may have flat or glossy finish and various stamping types; may be painted with different colors in mass or have a variety of shades and hues.
Mechanical properties:High strength characteristics.
Weather resistance:Nonresistant to UV radiation, UV stabilizer may be added
Chemical durability: Resistant to alkalis, luboils, inorganic salt and acid solutions,hydrocarbons, fats and gasoline. Nonresistant to acetone, ether, ethylated benzene, ethyl chloride, ethylene chloride, aniline, anisole and benzene.
Operating temperature: -40ºСto +80°С; withstand short-time heating to 105°С

ABS sheet plastics are used to manufacture, by thermo molding, a wide variety of goods for automotive, refrigeration, sanitary, furniture, construction and packaging industries. Employed for technical items, such as containers, box-type workpieces, lining and molding large-size parts that are uneconomical to produce by die casting.

ABS+PC sheetsare made from the compound based on ABS plastic and polycarbonate. Sheets may have flat or glossy finish and various stamping types; may be painted with different colors in mass or have a variety of shades and hues.
Mechanical properties: ABS+PC sheets have higher impact strength than other engineering plastics.
Weather resistance: Resistant to UV radiation.
Chemical durability: Resistant to alcohols, water, salt solutions and oils.
Operating temperature: from -50ºСto +100°С; material withstands short-time heating to 145°С when unloaded and to 110°С when loaded.
Applications:Manufacture, by thermo molding, of vehicle interior/exterior trim parts (dashboards, wheel caps, bumpers), instrument cases (monitors, household appliances and office equipment);lining and fabricating materials.

ABS/TPU sheetsСхема листа АБС/ТПУ
ABS/TPU sheets with sift coating are manufactured from ABS plastic and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) bycoextrusion. ABS/TPU sheets are highly flexible, nontoxic when in contact with skin, and lend themselves to deep drawing and thermo molding.
Mechanical properties: High wear resistance and physicomechanical properties.
Weather resistance: Resistant to UV radiation.
Chemical durability: Resistant to oils, fats, greases and solvents.
Operating temperature:from -40ºСto +80 °С..
Applications: Manufacture, by thermo molding, of vehicle interior trim parts; lining and fabricating materials.

ABS/PMMA sheetsСхема листа АБС/ПММА
Manufactured from two materials – ABS and PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate, or organic glass, acryl, perspex etc. in everyday usage) by coextrusion, i.e. superimposing one material on another without mixing. Sheets are made for applications requiring a smooth glossy surface that is durable, nonporous, chemically stable and resistant to UV radiation. As compared to block acryl (organic glass), thermo molding of the basic ABS layer is an easier operationrequiring lower power consumption for ABS processing. This results in a reduced cycle period and, hence, in increased output, and ultimately allows parts of complex shape and design to be manufactured, such as bathtubs and shower cabin parts, washing containers and vehicle interior/exterior parts. Standard equipment is used to process sheets by thermo molding. With its set of properties (ABS impact strength, heat resistance, rigidity, hardness, gloss and a broad color scheme of PMMA), double-layer plastics rank first among other sheet materials of similar purpose.

Chemical durability: Resistant toweak acids, alkali/salt solutions, alcohols, water, oils, fats and gasoline.

Applications: Manufacture of promotional products and store, medical and sanitary equipment (sun tanning beds, hot tubs, shower pans and cabins, and associated elements); construction and automotive industries.

PS sheets (high-impact polystyrene)Схема листа ПС
SAPT also produces polystyrene sheets. High-impact polystyrene sheets have high impact resistance, excellent moldability and processability.
Mechanical properties: Has higher impact resistance than general-purpose polystyrene.
Weather resistance: Nonresistant to UV radiation. UV stabilizer cab ne added.
Chemical durability:Resistant to dissolved acids,alkalis and alcohols.
Operating temperature: from -30ºСto +70°С.
Applications:Production of outdoor advertising and signs; decoration (design) of sales areas, stores, cafes and restaurants, music venues etc. Excellent moldability of polystyrene makes it possible to produce exclusive full-volume articles for design and advertising. Commonly used in the food industry and in the manufacture of household appliances (interior refrigerator parts).
